Strategic Consulting Project: Developed a comprehensive strategy to monetize the renovation of Downtown LA’s iconic US Bank Tower and adjacent campus of urban parkland. Roadmap included development of an annual event and activation calendar and partnership strategy modeled after NYC’s Bryant Park.

Event Production: Produced a cocktail celebration marking the opening “Sky High DTLA,” an exhibit of works by LA-based street artists installed on the building’s 72nd floor overlooking the Southland. Produced the US Bank Tower’s ribbon cutting and press opening, post-renovation.
