Anne Woodard

Senior Project Manager

Anne has had a career rooted in project management, starting with her first job at Contemporary Marketing (a subsidiary of SFX Entertainment). Then, things got experiential when she took a role at Avon Products to help launch the event marketing department. Anne has spent the majority of her career at Condé Nast where she worked in marketing for GQ, Gourmet, Condé Nast Food Group, Architectural Digest, and experiential for Teen Vogue and WIRED, bringing events and activations to life on behalf of these storied brands. At Liberty, Anne does this (and more!) and is best known around the agency for her creativity, problem solving and passion for processes.

What's your dream event to work on?
Any event that has no budget parameters … Oh the things I could do!

When did you realize you had a future in experiential?
I inadvertently started because of Hugh Hefner. My college boyfriend won a free concert for Penn State sponsored by Playboy. It was there that I first met my future employer as a marketer and the rest is history.

Why do events and experiences matter?
XP brings me more happiness than any object ever could. The anticipation before, and the memory afterwards, sustains me much longer than an expensive purse.
