What's your dream event to work on?
I’d love to work on any Olympic Games. Victory makes me cry so being a part of building the ultimate experience that celebrates that would be amazing.

What skills are most important to pull off a successful event or experience?
Attention to detail, obviously, but also motivating your team because the event life has periods of extreme intensity and long hours so we all have to keep each other rested, fed, energized, and laughing.

Why do events and experiences matter?
Because they are the ultimate community builder. You can share an experience with a loved one or a friend and it will bond you forever… and that translates to a business or cultural event you share with hundreds or thousands, or millions of others.
