As part of the transformation of the US Bank Tower and Downtown LA, Silverstein Properties invited 15 street artists to transform the 72nd Floor with murals inspired by Los Angeles. On behalf of Silverstein Properties, L&Co welcomed featured artists, brokers, press, influencers & VIPs, C-suite tenants, and other special guests to celebrate the highest art installation in the city — Sky High DTLA.

  • Original artwork featured on the walls, floors, and windows, creating a gallery in the sky with 360-degree views of the LA skyline.

  • The event served as a high-profile opening of this unique art exhibit, and to announce the upcoming renovations and capital improvements to be made to this landmark DTLA high-rise.

  • Entertainment included DJ KC Kirsch, with a guest accompaniment by trombonist Gunhild Caring, and a performance by Lizzy & the Triggerman, a modern-day crooner and her ten-piece band.

  • Cuisine was provided by Settecento, the new restaurant set to open in the Fall at Maguire Gardens, the park adjacent to the US Bank Tower, also owned and operated by Silverstein Properties.
