Leslie has always loved a good adventure and her 20-year career in hospitality has allowed her to travel (and work) all over the world. From St. Thomas and Las Vegas to Miami and New York City, she has produced everything from local wine and food festivals to international corporate conferences. At L&Co., Leslie continues to be a jackie of all trades, managing everything from business and talent management to event production — but she really flies high as the agency’s own in-house cheerleader (cartwheels and all). When not mat-talking the team, you can find her at the city’s best restaurants or planning weekend getaways for friends and family. Leslie is always up for a new challenge and you can count on her to keep things fun!

What's your dream event to work on?
Galway International Oyster and Seafood Festival in Ireland. Connecting my love of food and bev with art, music and culture in one of the most beautiful places — what's better than that? 

When did you realize you had a future in experiential?
From a very young age, I’ve always loved planning adventures. Drop me anywhere in the world and I want to find the best food and the most unique experience each place has to offer.

What's a common misconception about events and experiences you'd like to squash?
Your job is a party. While yes, we do plan some pretty amazing parties, we certainly don't always get to enjoy them. Event days are full of long stressful hours with lots of pivots.
