A Virgo through and through, Sasha has always loved logic, organizing, lists and — naturally — organizing lists. The only thing as satisfying is engaging in deep and meaningful conversation to understand what makes someone else tick, then work together to problem solve. From travel sales and volunteering abroad to hospitality management and crafting the perfect guest experience, Sasha's career has revolved around human interaction and the human experience. When not managing events, Sasha is happiest barefoot, on the side of a mountain, playing with her nieces and nephew, doing puzzles, or binging podcasts (sometimes all at once).

What skills are most important to pull off a successful event or experience?
Problem solving. No matter how much you prepare, plan and organize, the nature of a live event is that there will always be unexpected issues. Remaining calm with the unknown and having the skill set to quickly assess a situation and come up with the next best plan.

Why do events and experiences matter?
They elicit emotion. They make us feel. They educate us. They make us laugh. They can make us cry. They connect us to other humans. They open our eyes.

What events and experiences did you miss the most during Covid?
All of them. Broadway. Eating at a restaurant. Live Music. Hugging people. The ability to get on an airplane, however I did not miss waiting in the TSA line...
